General Terms and Conditions

1. Legal relations between the client and order execution 1.1 We are committed to providing high-quality services to ensure customer satisfaction. If you have any questions regarding our return and refund policy, please contact us promptly. 1.2 Order preparation begins immediately after order confirmation. 1.3 Please note that once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.

2. Incorrect order: 2.1 If you receive food different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize. We expect you to contact us or your delivery service immediately so that we can resolve the issue.

  • If you paid by credit card, we will issue a refund in the event of an error and charge for new items at the applicable rates.
  • In the case of cash payments, you will be required to pay the difference if the replacement item is more expensive than the one received by mistake.

2.2 If you prefer, you may visit us and collect your order in person. 2.3 If any part of your order is missing, we will issue a refund. In the case of undelivered goods, you may request a refund. Payments made using non-cash methods will be refunded through the original payment method. 2.4 We provide single-use items and other necessary supplies; however, if they are incorrect or missing, you may inform us, and we will resolve the issue. Please note that refunds or discounts will not be provided in such cases.

3. Complaints: 3.1 We prepare only high-quality food using fresh ingredients and prepare all dishes with great care. If the delivered product does not correspond to your order or if any ingredients are missing, we will provide a replacement meal or issue a refund. 3.2 Refunds will not be provided if you simply dislike the taste or appearance of the food you ordered.

4. Order cancellations: 4.1 Please note that we cannot accept order cancellations or returns once an order is being processed. 4.2 We do not provide refunds for non-food or beverage products. 4.3 If the courier is unable to locate or contact you, they may cancel the order. In this case, the order will be returned to the company without a refund. 4.4 The company reserves the right to refuse service for any reason. 4.5 Please note that we strive to prepare our products to the highest quality, however, the temperature and condition of certain products may vary after packaging. 4.6 If the food has been consumed or packaged, we cannot provide a refund or discount. 4.7 As soon as an order is received, it is immediately assigned to the appropriate employee. If the delivery cannot be completed, we will promptly inform the customer. 4.8 We provide our platform solely for order registration. 4.9 The legal relationship for delivery is established directly between the customer and the courier, with the courier being paid directly by the customer.

5. Online payment: 5.1 After the online payment is confirmed, we immediately assign the order to the appropriate employee. 5.2 If you encounter any issues during online payment, please contact us by phone or email. 5.3 The company is not responsible for payment issues or delays.

6. Refund of online payments: 6.1 Refunds for payments made with cards issued by banks that are members of the RA ArCa system are processed immediately. 6.2 Refunds for payments made with cards issued by banks that are not members of the ArCa system are processed within 3 business days. 6.3 Partial refunds are processed within 3 business days.
