1. Legal relations between the client and order execution 1.1 We are committed to providing high-quality services to ensure customer satisfaction. If you have any questions regarding our return and refund policy, please contact us promptly. 1.2 Order preparation begins immediately after order confirmation. 1.3 Please note that once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
2. Incorrect order: 2.1 If you receive food different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize. We expect you to contact us or your delivery service immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
- If you paid by credit card, we will issue a refund in the event of an error and charge for new items at the applicable rates.
- In the case of cash payments, you will be required to pay the difference if the replacement item is more expensive than the one received by mistake.
2.2 If you prefer, you may visit us and collect your order in person. 2.3 If any part of your order is missing, we will issue a refund. In the case of undelivered goods, you may request a refund. Payments made using non-cash methods will be refunded through the original payment method. 2.4 We provide single-use items and other necessary supplies; however, if they are incorrect or missing, you may inform us, and we will resolve the issue. Please note that refunds or discounts will not be provided in such cases.
